chinese new year eve
it's chinese new year eve. it has been raining since afternoon, so sianz... i have to meet wenfang to go chinatown for some last minute shopping(slashed price). hehehe, she bought quite a lot of things, biscuits, gua zi, cakes, mandarin oranges and etc. i only bought a few containers of biscuit. it's very crowded and the tentage of the stalls are quite low, many people have difficulty walking. basically, there isn't much to buy at chinatown, lesser food stalls than last year. knock out straight away when i reached home.

Boring Esplanade on NYE
There's only a few sparks of fireworks at Esplanade but compare to Sentosa's, it's so beautiful. I should have went to Sentosa instead. After countdown, I rode on Benson's bike home, it's my 2nd time to sit on a scrambler. Although not as power as first time(KTM) but Benson's XR 4 also not bad lah. I saw Say Heng at the zebra crossing outside Esplanade but he can't recognise me even though I shouted at him. That's all for New Year's EVE.
2003 will not be a good year because I have "claypot" for my soccer bets on the 1 day of 2003. Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea have disappointed me.
