Life at home sucks Another quarrel has burst out with my parents today. I really can't be bothered with them. We have a very very big generation gap between us. Quarrel, quarrel and disagreement, all these are making me sick of coming home. What the fuck!!

My fucking flu has came back again. Something is wrong with my knee but im too lazy to go and see doctor. I don't wanna be an useless old man next time, please help me recover from my injuries. I wanna go back to the court without thinking about my leg. It's a burden whenever I run or jump. I have lost the speed, the passion and the arrogance. Life is miserable for me at the moment.

Say Heng, Im sure you can pass. Give yourself a little more endurance.
ps: in SAF, they talk about rank. You are a NSF so fuck care lah.
