241201 Monday Day7 (X'MAS EVE)

241201 Monday Day7 (X'MAS EVE) we had our 5bs in the morning. it was the swimming proficiency test for those participating in the ocs challenge. my buddy, basril went for it. the wingsm had a talk with us at the wing common area. he was telling about the cdo, cds things. i just hope that i wont be so unlucky to be appointed as cdo or cds. he also told us the standards for the commander's parade. the uniform must be starched properly. the haircuts of cadets must be short and lose hair must be shaved. it's so fussy. boots must be polished shine. we were supposed to wear long sleeves shirt, black pants and leather shoes where we bookout. we went for the ammunition talk at the main audit. over here, the Z monster is very powerful. finally the bookout timing was approaching soon but we need to stand by area. so sianz!! --------

231201 Sunday Day6 (TEAM DYNAMITES)

231201 Sunday Day6 (TEAM DYNAMITES) "sunday morning lovers we are free, sunday monring is a happy day." we had our 4bx in the morning, it was conducted on our own. in ocs, cadets are to be independent and do things by themselves. the next lesson was team dynamites, i was wondering what we were going to do during the lesson. it was conducted by ptis. to my surprise, we were supposed to play some games and cultivate teamwork among section mates. there were six stations altogether, mainly entanglement, spiderweb, trust fall, pyramind, human ladder and hip coordination. it was very fun and interesting lesson. afterall, our section is very intelligent and quick. at the entaglement station, we cleared it within 15s, unlike section 1 who were entangled. next, was the leadership and discipline lesson conducted by lta elton. tony and i was caught talking in the the lecture. anyway, we didnt talk and we were wrongly accused. it was so embarassing. later we attended the pti lecture. there is this pti(master sergeant) who is very fierce. he made us do pumping inside the lecture hall. fuck man! --------

221201 Saturday Day5 (IPPT CATEGORISATION)

221201 Saturday Day5 (IPPT CATEGORISATION) we had our ippt cat in the morning. guess what? my shuttle run timing was 10.4s. my origninal timing was 9.8s. the floor was very slippery on that day. i did 9 chin-ups, my chin-up is begining to drop . i dont know whats the reason. maybe it's because of the one week break. my standing broad jump was measured 238cm and i did 48 sit-ups. later that, we went to the library; the personnel brought us around and explained how we could borrow books. the library stores mainly army related books. the we went back to wingline. we had quite a lot of admin time because we had to wait for the swimmers to come back. we went to the hq for our leadership lesson. we had our dinner after that, platoon ic raised his voice at us because we talked in the file. it's quite a 'lobo' day, we had ample of admin time at night. --------

211201 Friday Day4 (TOWER RUN)

211201 Friday Day4 (TOWER RUN) we had our tower run in the morning. there were 265 stairs inside the tower which represent the number of days we will be staying in ocs. the scenery from the top was magnificent. we can see the housing estates, industrial areas and safti mi from the triangular tower.we were supposed to take the confidence jump after that but it was cancelled due to the rainy weather and the absence of pti. in the afternoon, we went to tuas naval base. we went onboard 3 ships. we were also allowed to go inside the ship and take a look at some of the sophiscated control systems. we went to pasar laba airbase for recruitment talk. we watched an aircraft video clip and browse the history of rsaf. i had gain some knowledge on some of the aircrafts used in rsaf. at night, we went for cai practical lesson. it was mainly on map reading skills. i think the answers for the map reading quiz was difficult. the lesson ended qyute late. --------

201201 Thursday Day3 it's the

201201 Thursday Day3 it's the same old 5bx and 1.5km run in the morning. we had to prepare ourselves for the family day. we had to assemble at the stadium by 0730. there were games and performances by fellow ocs seniors. i think the main performance was the impersonation of coco lee. she was dancing and flirting with the cadets off the stage. we akso played game setup at the carpark. i won myself a small compass. almost forgot, i saw a very cute ladt dressed like santa claus walking around giving sweets to cadets. some of the seniors also took pictures with her. we had a lecture with our wing commander in the afternoon. he managed to make the lecture an interesting one. --------
